Job Description


To follow-through activities of management and operations of all business in the respective area as to ensure the enforcement, communications, financial, system and legal requirements are as per contract.



  • Achieve the timely and accurate dissemination of all decisions to all tenants.
  • Assist superior in realizing the targeted goals and objectives set by the company.
  • Assist in the business development process and follow-through its implementation.
  • To ensure credit notes or debit notes is properly executed
  • Compile data/information and maintain database on all tenants.
  • To execute billing plan in the SAP system according to the contract awarded.
  • Monitor sales performance, compile reports and customer feedbacks.
  • Ensure company’s policies and procedures are enforced at airport level.
  • Ensure that all files & documents stored properly.
  • As requested by superior from time to time.

Key Challenges

  • To efficiently carry out tasks related to data management exercise from time to time.
  • To assist beyond area of control that can contribute to the data management performance

  • Understanding of airport and retail operations
  • Knowledge in land, contractual and legal matters
  • Working experience in managing multiple tenants and project management would be an added advantage

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Must be computer literate & knowledge in SAP System

Relevant Industries


  • Diploma Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience 



  • Diploma in Business Admin / Human Resource or any related discipline
