Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Ensure maintenance service availability and respond time in accordance to Service Level Agreement

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare daily report; work request; word order and other related checklist and carried out data analysis
  • Supervise all subordinates to ensure optimum usage
    Receive complaint from help desk; originator and attend to it; delegate to respective technician and ensure job done as soon as possible in accordance to the priority and guaranteed response time
  • Ensure planned preventive maintenance carried out properly and according to the time frame
  • Ensure all necessary precaution on safety aspect been implemented by all subordinates
  • Attend and restore breakdown as encountered at any time
  • Ensure and plan work program on daily activity and lease with other shift on work coordination and continuity
  • Inquire spare parts to be purchased after receive purchase order/ approval of work order from client and to ensure availability and advise proper tool equipment to be used by technician
  • Monitor and report work performance of all subordinates
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative

Key Challenges

  • Knowledgeable in maintenance and operational of airport facilities
  • Knowledgeable in  contract management i.e. construction, legal and value engineering
  • Able to supervise for multiple vendors and contractors
  • Response to complaint to be within 15 minutes

  • Diploma holder with minimum CGPA 2.8
