Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in commercial matters with business mindset to ensure effective, sustainable and profitable management of commercial business such as site visit, site demarcation, troubleshooting, spot check and others.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Provide assistance to tenant to help develop the business through integrated transformation strategies
  • Assist in liaising in ancillary related matters between other Commercial Units.
  • Collecting and extracting monthly performance data 
  • Compiling and extracting sales performance data from commercial management report
  • Assist Project and join Kick‐Off Meetings on site.
  • Assist in prepare reports status (Occupancy & Revenue) on monthly basis
  • Distributing status reports and other periodic report to team members.
  • Collecting information for commercial development for all airports
     

Key Challenges

  • Understanding the profit margins of each product category to enhance revenue potential
  • Communicates the client’s goals and represents the client’s interests to the commercial team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the tenant and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper tenant expectations.
  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on tenant deliverables and revenue in terms of business services only (not to include with operational matters).

Working Relationship

WHOFROMPURPOSE
  • SE/E of Internal Units within Commercial services
  • Business Planning Unit, Project Management, Contract Management Unit, Customer Experience Unit, Credit and System
  • To ensure management and and operational efficiency to increase commercial revenue and improve customer shopping experience.
  • SE/E of internal divisions within MAHB
  • Internal divisions within MAHB eg. Terminal, PR, Engineering etc
  • Coordination  works as and when require
  • Tenants from various companies
  • Developing total relationship in enhancing sales & service

  • Diploma holder with at least CGPA > 2.8
